By decision of 29 November 2021, ANACOM has approved the issue of the title of rights of use of frequencies allocated to VODAFONE PORTUGAL, Comunicações Pessoais, S.A. following the 5G auction (subject to Regulation no. 987-A/2020 of 05 Novemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1573881), along with the report of the prior hearing to which the respective draft decision was submitted.
