ANACOM has today (26 November 2021) approved a decision on issuing the title of rights of use of frequencies allocated to DENSE AIR PORTUGAL, Unipessoal, Lda. following the 5G Auction (subject to Regulation no. 987-A/2020 of 05 Novemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1573881).
This decision was adopted following the company’s settlement of the amounts due for the spectrum won in this auction, in accordance with the provisions of the Auction Regulation.
This concludes the auction and frequency allocation process for this company. The company may now commence commercial exploitation of the frequencies allocated to it. It is recalled that this company already held rights of use (valid until 2025) in the 3.6 GHz frequency band, suitable for the provision of services compatible with 5G.
ANACOM will continue to give the highest priority to the issuance of titles following settlement of payments by the bidders and their sending of responses to the prior hearings concerning the draft decisions relating to these titles.
