Review of 2021 MAM and inter-island circuit prices

By decision of 10 December 2021, ANACOM approved a draft decision (DD) on the review of the prices of circuits connecting Mainland Portugal and the Autonomous Regions of Azores and Madeira (MAM circuits) and the prices of circuits connecting several islands of the Azores (inter-island circuits), provided by MEO - Serviços de Comunicação e Multimédia, under the Leased Lines Reference Offer (LLRO) and the Reference Ethernet Leased Lines Offer (RELLO).

This DD was submitted to a prior hearing of interested parties, under articles 121 et seq of the Administrative Procedure Code, as well as to the general consultation procedure, pursuant to article 8 of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162, having been established, in both cases, a period of 20 working days for interested parties to comment in writing and in Portuguese.
