ANACOM’s Board of Directors (BoD) ratified on 25 January 2022 the decision of the Chairman of the BoD, of 21 January 2022, to issue the endorsement to the title held by NOS Comunicações, regarding the right of use for frequencies allocated to it in the 900 MHz band, following the procedure under the Auction Regulation (Regulation No 987-A/2020, of 5 Novemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1573881).
This decision was adopted following the decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1714915 regarding the precise location of the spectrum in the referred band, in compliance with the Auction Regulation. The National Frequency Allocation Table will be amended accordingly.
