Fees due for carrying out the activity of postal service provider in 2020 - review of the value of the t2 contribution percentage

By decision dated 8 February 2022, ANACOM approved the review of the value of the t2 contribution percentage for 2020, following the receipt of information regarding the value of the relevant income of Impact Express, Unipessoal, for 2019.

The correction of the value of relevant income, under article 44 of the Postal Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1366366 and paragraphs 2 and 3 of Annex IX of Administrative Rule No 1473-B/2008, of 17 December, as amended by Administrative Rule No 296-A/2013https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1180549, of 2 October, determines the need to adjust the fees due for 2020, which gives rise to the return of amounts overcharged to companies in Tier 2. The correction of the value of the relevant income had an impact on the value of t2, which changed from 0.2732% to 0.2729%.
