ANACOM's opinion on the MásMóvil/Cabonitel merger

By decision dated 1 February 2022, ANACOM approved an opinion on the prior notification of the merger, which consists of the acquisition by MásMovil Ibercom of the sole control over Cabonitel, following the request addressed to it by the Competition Authority, under paragraph 1 of article 55 of Law 19/2012 https://dre.pt/web/guest/legislacao-consolidada/-/lc/115346788/201910031755/indice, of 8 May   (the Competition Law, as amended).
