Approval of the preliminary Draft Joint Order that subjects radioelectric easements to the areas adjacent to the Radioelectric Centre formed by Santa Maria geodesic station which is included in the RAEGE project

By decision of 15 February 2022, ANACOM approved the final version of the pre-draft of the Joint Order making the areas bordering the Radioelectric Centre formed by the Santa Maria geodetic station (part of the Atlantic Network of Geodynamic and Space Stations) subject to radio protection easement.

ANACOM also approved the prior hearing report and report on the public discussion to which the corresponding pre-draft joint Order was submitted on 31 Match 2021.
