Report on open internet - implementation of articles 3 and 4 of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 (May 2021 to April 2022)

By decision dated 31 May 2022, ANACOM approved the report on open internet, with regard to the application of articles 3 and 4 of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015, which includes the monitoring and supervision actions carried out by this Authority over the period from 1 May 2021 to 30 April 2022.

This report was simultaneously approved for submission to the European Commission and the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC).
