By decision of 20 July 2022, ANACOM partially granted a request submitted by NOS Comunicações and granted a 5-working-day extension to the deadline for responding to the consultation on the availability of spectrum in the 1500 MHz frequency band.
This consultation is being held to compile the positions of the various market players (manufacturers, operators, private and public undertakings, users and others) on the availability of this spectrum. Contributions in response to the consultation may now be sent up to 2 August 2022 (comments in writing and in Portuguese) by email to: cp1500mhz@anacom.ptmailto:cp1500mhz@anacom.pt.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding items considered confidential.
