By decision of 3 August 2022, under paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 16 of Decree-Law no. 151-A/2000https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=976037 of 20 July, the Director-General for Regulation, exercising the powers delegated by the Board of Directors of ANACOM under the terms of point c) of paragraph 6 of Determination no. 753/2021https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1678761, decided to amend the following network radio licences for the terrestrial electronic communications service: licence no. 513925, held by NOS Comunicações (NOS); licence no. 513926, held by MEO – Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO); and licence no. 513927, held by Vodafone Portugal – Comunicações Pessoais (Vodafone). These licences were amended to bring the respective dates of validity into line with the expiry date of the rights of use of frequencies allocated to MEO, NOS and Vodafone in the 800 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2.6 GHz bands and the right of use of frequencies allocated to Vodafone in the 900 MHz band (9 March 2027).
