Allocation of a right of use of numbering to Vodafone Portugal
By decision of 26 July 2022, in compliance with the powers conferred by point f) of paragraph 1 of article 8 of ANACOM’s Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1351851, in pursuit of the regulatory objectives set out in point a) of paragraph 1 of article 5 of LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law)https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162, and in accordance with ANACOM's assigned powers and responsibilities under point d) of paragraph 2 of the same article 5, under the terms of articles 17, 19, 36, 37 of the LCE, and in the exercise of the powers conferred by point b) of paragraph 1 of article 26 and article 27 of its Statutes, the Director-General for Regulation, in the exercise of the powers delegated by the Board of Directors of ANACOM under the terms set out in point i) of paragraph 6 of Determination no. 753/2021https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1678761 (published on 16 July), decided to grant the request of Vodafone Portugal – Comunicações Pessoais (Vodafone) as follows:
- allocation of a right of use of numbering in the geographic areas of Caldas da Rainha, Leiria, Torres Vedras and Viana do Castelo listed below, for provision of the publicly available telephone service at a fixed location, under the terms and conditions set out in the respective title:

On this date, it was also decided to refuse Vodafone's request for the allocation of a right of use of numbering in the geographical area of Lisbon for provision of the publicly available telephone service at a fixed location.
The company was made subject to compliance with the conditions associated with the use of this numbering, as set out in article 37 of LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law)https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162.
