Calculation of the sum of regulation costs for 2022 fees - electronic communications

By decision of 27 July 2022 and under the terms of paragraphs 1 and 2 of Annex II to Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008 of 17 Decemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975627, as amended by Administrative Rule no. 296-A/2013 of 02 Octoberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1180549, and for the purposes of point b) of paragraph 1 of article 105 of LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law)https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162, ANACOM has determined the following:

• to approve the calculation of the costs of regulating the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services for the purpose of the fees payable in 2022, totalling 39,579,508 euros;
• to approve the auditing of relevant revenues and turnover reported by providers of publicly available electronic communications networks and services, including, as a minimum, those providers reporting the most significant levels of relevant income and turnover in 2021.
