By decision of 27 July 2022, ANACOM has approved:
- calculation of the sum of costs incurred in regulating the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services, for purposes of the fees to be settled in 2022, totalling 39,579,508 euros;
- the auditing of relevant revenues and turnover reported by providers of publicly available electronic communications networks and services, including, as a minimum, those providers reporting the most significant levels of relevant income and turnover in 2021;
- calculation of the sum of costs incurred in regulating the activity of postal service provider, relating to the fees payable in 2022, totalling 2,574,600 euros;
- the auditing of postal service providers reporting the most significant levels of relevant income and turnover in 2021.
