Approval of final draft decision on the amendments to the reference duct access offer (RDAO) and the reference poles access offer (RPAO) of MEO not included in the decision made on 25/07/2019

Through the decision of 23 September 2022, ANACOM approved the final draft decision on the amendments to the reference duct access offer (RDAO) and the reference poles access offer (RPAO) of MEO – Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) not included in the 25 July 2019 decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1479182.

The report was also approved in the prior hearing and the general consultation procedure that was subject to the respective draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1479236, approved on 25 July 2019, procedures within the scope of which contributions were received from AR Telecom – Acessos e Redes de Telecomunicações, EDP Distribuição – Energia (agora E-REDES – Distribuição de Eletricidade), the DSTelecom Group, MEO, NOS SGPS, NOWO Communications and Onitelecom – Infocomunicações (joint response), and Vodafone Portugal – Comunicações Pessoais.

In compliance with the applicable procedures, this draft decision is reported to the European Commission, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union.
