Approval of the final decision regarding the price charged by MEO for the provision of encoding, multiplexing, carrying and broadcasting by DTT network of free-to-air unrestricted access television channels (MUX A)

By decision dated 11 October 2022, ANACOM approved the final decision regarding the price charged by MEO – Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) to television operators for the provision of encoding, multiplexing, carrying and broadcasting by digital terrestrial television (DTT) network of free-to-air unrestricted access television channels (MUX A).

The report of the public consultation to which the respective draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1727881 was submitted was also approved, within the scope of which the contributions from MEO and SIC - Sociedade Independente de Comunicações were received within the deadline.
