In accordance with its Statutes (Decree-Law No 39/2015 of 16 March https://dre.pt/application/file/a/66761354), it is incumbent on ANACOM to pursue aims in the public interest, the award of grants being regarded as an indirect means of achieving those aims.
As such, ANACOM has available a limited sum, approved in its Multi-Year Activity Plan and Budget, for the annual allocation of sponsorships.
