By decision dated 13 December 2022, ANACOM approved the extension, for an additional period of 10 working days, of the period for prior hearing and public consultation regarding the draft decision on zero-rating and similar offers in Portugal in the context of the open Internet.
Accordingly, interested parties may submit their written contributions, in Portuguese, until 29 December 2022, to the following e-mail address zero-rating@anacom.pt.
Once the consultation procedure is completed, the contributions received will be made public, whereby interested parties are also requested to send a version with all confidential information removed for publication on this website.
