Markets for access to physical infrastructures, wholesale local access at a fixed location and wholesale central access at a fixed location

By decision of 26 April 2002, ANACOM approved the draft decision (DD) on the markets for access to physical infrastructure, wholesale local access at a fixed location and wholesale central access at a fixed location - definition of product and geographic markets, assessment of significant market power and imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations.

This DD has been submitted to a prior consultation of stakeholders, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code, as well as to the general consultation procedure provided for in article 10 of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1737530, with a deadline of thirty working days for stakeholders to comment in both cases.
