Extension of the consultation period on the market for wholesale access to dedicated capacity

By decision of 23 May 2023, ANACOM approved the extension for an additional 15 working days of the period for prior hearing and public consultation on the draft decision on the market for wholesale access to dedicated capacity - definition of product and geographic markets, assessment of significant market power and imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations.
