Approval of the regulation amending the Regulation on the provision of statistical information

By decision of 4 May 2023, ANACOM approved the regulation amending Regulation no. 255/2017https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1415433 of 16 May on the provision of statistical information.

On this date, the report of the public consultation to which the draft regulation was submitted (draft approved https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1740594on 17 January 2023), and in response to which timely contributions were received from the following undertakings: Instituto Nacional de Estatística (Statistics Portugal); MEO – Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia; NOS, SGPS (in its own name and on behalf of its subsidiaries: NOS Comunicações, NOS Wholesale, NOS Açores Comunicações e NOS Madeira Comunicações); ONITELECOM – Infocomunicações and Vodafone Portugal – Comunicações Pessoais.

It was also determined that Regulation be published in 2nd series of Diário da República (Official Journal).
