On 4 July 2023, ANACOM approved the launch of a public consultation on ANACOM’s main strategic guidelines and actions for the three-year period 2024-2026.
ANACOM wishes to hear the views of all stakeholders, namely the direct recipients and beneficiaries of its activities (operators, consumers, companies, local authorities, associations, etc.) on the main actions to be developed in the 2024-2026 triennium, with emphasis on 2024, through which ANACOM intends to meet its strategic objectives.
The purpose of this public consultation is to promote greater transparency and better regulation. Accordingly, in addition to any other comments they may consider relevant, interested parties are invited to address the following questions:
1. Which of the strategic actions proposed by ANACOM do you consider to be the highest priority?
2. What other actions do you consider important for ANACOM to develop over the three-year period 2024-2026, in the light of its strategic objectives?
Contributions can be submitted in writing and in Portuguese to plano2024-2026@anacom.ptmailto:plano2024-2026@anacom.pt until 15 September 2023.
At the end of the consultation process, contributions received will be made public, whereby interested parties are requested to send a version with all confidential information removed for publication on this website.
