Dense Air's request for revocation of the right of use for frequencies in the 3.6 GHz band awarded prior to the 5G Auction

By decision of 3 October, ANACOM approved the draft decision to revoke the right of use for frequencies granted to Dense Air Portugal (Dense Air) in the 3.6 GHz band prior to the 5G auction.

It has been decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of Dense Air, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Code, as well as to the public consultation procedure provided for in Article 10 of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1737530, in both cases setting a deadline of 30 working days for interested parties to submit their comments in writing and in Portuguese.
