Approval of the Report on open Internet - application of articles 3 and 4 of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 (May 2023 to April 2024)

By decision of 25 June 2024, ANACOM approved the Report on open Internet, with regard to the application of articles 3 and 4 of Regulation(EU) 2015/2120https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1373317 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015, which includes the monitoring and supervision activities carried out by this Authority during the period between 1 May 2023 and 30 April 2024.

At the same time, the submission of this report to the European Commission and the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) was approved.
