MEO's cost of capital rate for the financial year 2024

On 15 July 2024, ANACOM approved the draft decision (DD) on the cost of capital rate for MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, for the financial year 2024.

This DD was submitted to a prior hearing of interested parties in accordance with articles 121 and 122 of the Administrative Procedure Code, as well as to the general consultation procedure in accordance with article 10 of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1737530, in both cases with a deadline of 30 working days for interested parties to submit their comments in writing and in Portuguese.
