Ratification instruments relating to the following Final Acts were deposited, on 30 January 2004, with the Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU):
- Final Acts of the ITU Members Regional Administrative Conference for the European broadcasting area, 1985, in charge of the partial revision of the Regional Agreement for the European Broadcasting Area (Stockholm, 1961);
- Final Acts of the ITU Members Regional Administrative Conference for the Planning of the VHF Sound Broadcasting (Region 1 and part of Region 3), Geneva, 1984.
These Final Acts were approved, respectively, by Decrees no. 21/2003, of 3 May and no. 39/2003, of 2 September.
Notices no. 25/2004 and no. 26/2004, both of 22 March 2004, confirm said deposit.
