By virtue of an order of a higher authority, it is hereby made public that the Government of the Portuguese Republic has deposited with the Secretary-General of the International Telecommunications Union, on 30 January 2004, its instrument of ratification regarding the Final Acts of the Regional Administrative Conference of the Members of the International Telecommunications Union in the European Broadcasting Area, of 1985, charged with the task of revising certain parts of the Regional Agreement for the European Broadcasting Area, Stockholm (1961).
The Final Acts have been approved by Decree no. 21/2003, of 3 May, published in the Diário da República, Series I-A, no. 102, of 3 May 2003.
The referred Final Acts have entered into force concerning Portugal on 30 January 2004.
