By determination of 3 May 2004, the public consultation report on fixed wireless access was approved, launched on 2 June 2003.
The framework action proposal, contained in the same report, is now submitted to the general consultation procedure foreseen in article 8 of Regicom (Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February), the interested parties having a deadline of 20 working days to give their opinion. Comments should be sent in writing to ANACOM until 1 June 2004, preferably by e-mail to the address sistemafwa@anacom.pt.
