It is available, until 11 June 2004, for consultation and comments, the document from the European Regulators Group (ERG) ?Draft ERG opinion on the proposed review of the European Commission Recommendation on cost accounting and accounting separation? and its annexe ?Guidelines on implementation of cost accounting and accounting separation?.
This consultation process takes place after the cooperation between ERG and the European Commission with the objective of adapting the said Recommendation to the new regulatory framework.
Comments should be sent, in English or in another EU official language, in electronic form, to the ERG secretariat ( erg-secretariat@cec.eu.intmailto:erg-secretariat@ec.europa.eu), whereby its confidential nature should be signed if the respective publication in ERG site is not desired.
