By determination of 29 April 2004, draft decision on the access and use of PT Comunicações concessionaire conduits was approved pursuant to article 26, paragraph 4 of Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February and to article 9 of ANACOM Statutes.
PT Comunicações was notified to, within 20 working days, give their opinion on the draft decision, in accordance with the provisions contained in articles 100 and following ones of the Rules of the Administrative Procedure.
This draft decision was also submitted to public consultation, for the same period of time, under the terms of the general consultation procedure contained in article 8 of said Law no. 5/2004 and of the following consultation procedures adopted by ANACOM, whereby any comment should be given in writing and sent to ANACOM until 31 May 2004, preferably by e-mail to the address 
condutas@anacom.pt.
