By determination of 29 April 2004, draft decision on public pay phones service was approved, pursuant to paragraph no. 1 of article 90 of Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February.
PT Comunicações was notified to, within 20 working days, give their opinion on this draft decision, in accordance with the provisions contained in articles 100 and following ones of the Rules of the Administrative Procedure.
This measure is also submitted to public consultation, for an equal period of time, under the terms of the general consultation procedure contained in article 8 of said Law no. 5/2004 and the following consultation procedures adopted by ANACOM. The interested entities should send their comments in writing to ANACOM until 31 May 2004, preferably by e-mail to the address postos-publico@anacom.pt.
