It is hereby made public by superior order that the Government of the Portuguese Republic has deposited, on 15 April 2004, its instrument of ratification regarding the Final Acts of the XVIII Postal Union Congress of the Americas, Spain and Portugal (UPAEP), which comprise the Sixth Additional Protocol to the Constitution of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal as well as the General Regulation of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal, adopted by the XVIII Congress of the Union, which was held from 6 to 12 September 2000 in the city of Panama.
The Acts were approved, for ratification, by Decree no. 46/2003, of 15 October, published in the Diario da Republica, 1-A Series, no. 239, of 15 October 2003.
