The Advisory Council meets on an ordinary basis twice a year when convened by the president and on an extraordinary basis on the initiative of the president or at the request of at least one third of its members.
The first meeting of the Advisory Council took place on 7 December 2004 in Lisbon. Interested parties have already held meetings to appoint the representatives of the entities defined in the articles of association.
