By determination of 28 July 2005, interested parties have been granted a period of 20 working days to state their opinions, in writing, on the determination adopted on 8 July 2005 by ANACOM concerning call termination on the public telephone network at a fixed location of notified operators with significant market power (SMP), except for companies in the PT Group.
This measure was taken in the context of the price control obligation that had been imposed on these operators, by determination of 17 December 2004, in relation to the applicable obligations in the market in question (market 9).
