Statistical Information required by ANACOM from providers of nomadic VoIP services

By determination of 25 may 2006, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the range of statistical information that providers of voice services using nomadic IP technology (VoIP) will need to supply to the authority. The decision is in line with the conclusions of the report (approved by deliberation of 23 February 2006) following the public consultation about the regulatory approach to VoIP services.

As set out in articles 100 and 101 of the Administrative Code, the draft decision was the subject of a prior hearing of interested parties who were given 10 working days to submit their opinions in writing.
