Summary: This document describes some of the best practises being followed by members of the Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group (MAAWG) in combating phishing attacks. At a time when ISPs and email providers, under pressure from customer complaints and threats of litigation, are being forced to join in the global fight against this practise, the document aims to help providers in this fight.
