Changes to the RIO on capacity-based interconnection offer

By determination of 23 October 2006, approval has been granted to the draft decision on changes to be introduced by PT Comunicações (PTC) to the reference interconnection offer (RIO) as regards the capacity-based interconnection offer (interconnection flat rate).

This determination has been notified to interested parties so they may assess the issue in writing within a 10-working-day deadline, pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
