Traffic interconnection conditions originated in mobile networks

By determination of 7 November 2002, it is ANACOM's decision that RIO 2001 will fix a value, with no negotiation margin whatsoever, for invoicing and collection costs of mobile operators in case of traffic originated in the respective mobile networks and destined to call services with shared costs provided by PT Comunicações (PTC).

This value, amounting to EUR. 0,0374 (7$50), will always be added (except in the case where the retail price is free) to the mobile operator's remuneration subject to agreement, the so-called "call origination".
