Prices to be applied to ISDN Primary Accesses

The determination of 3rd of May 2001 approved ICP's understanding regarding prices to be applied to ISDN access lines - primary rate interface used to enable remote POPs. Furthermore, PT Comunicações, S.A., was granted 10 days in which to review its Internet access reference offer (IARO) accordingly.

The afore-mentioned understanding is based on the following: the price of ISDN access lines - primary rate interface to enable remote POPs corresponds to the price of ISDN access lines - primary rate used by ISPs to interconnect their POPs to the switches of PT Comunicações, S.A., plus 20%. This 20% increase must be duly justified by PT Comunicações, S.A..
