Interconnection Agreements for 2000 - Access to special services

Upon decision of 7th of July 2000, continuity was given to the previous deliberation of 12th of May 2000, related to the conclusion of the negotiations for interconnection agreements for 2000, and taking into account that ICP had been notified of the conclusion of one agreement only, under the terms of Article 16 of Decree-Law no. 415/98, of 31st December, a set of decisions was approved related to the contents of agreements to be signed between Portugal Telecom and the interested entities.

Some of the rules adopted shall determine the need to make alterations to the RIO2000, which must be submitted by Portugal Telecom within a 10-day period.
