Pre-selection specification - Existing obligatoriness of a guard period

By determination on 29th May 2003, the probable sense of decision relative to the introduction, in the pre-selection specification, of an existing obligatoriness of a 4 months guard period, after the pre-selection activation, was approved. During this period the direct access providers are not authorized to accomplish any actions, namely through direct contact, destined to recoup the customer ('win-back'). This determination was informed to the interested parties to be pronounced, in the stated period of 10 working days, under the terms of Articles 100 and 101 of the Administrative Procedure Code.
