Consultation on the NFAP 2005/2006

By determination dated 29 November 2005, the National Frequency Allocation Plan 2005/2006 (NFAP) was approved, prepared under articles 15 and 16 of the Electronic Communications Law (Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February).

As this is an instrument with significant impact on relevant markets, a decision was made to submit it to the general consultation procedure, under the terms of article 8 of the said law, with a time period of 20 working days established for that purpose.
