Pricing information services of calls to ported numbers

By determination of 19 October 2005, approval was granted to recommendations to be forwarded to operators with portability obligations, due to weaknesses identified in the pricing information services of calls to ported numbers, bearing in mind the provisions of the Portability Regulation (Regulation no. 58/2005). The referred recommendations shall be implemented within a 30-day period of time.
