Prices in the Reference Unbundling Offer

By determination of 20 September 2005, PT Comunicações was given a 20-day deadline to issue a reference unbundling offer (RUO), which will be in force as from 1 January 2006, taking into account the principle of cost-orientation of prices, as defined in the analysis of the unbundled wholesale market and ANACOM’s assumptions in previous analysis and price settings for these services. The justification for the prices should be sent to ANACOM within 20 working days.
