Object and form of public disclosure of the conditions of offer and use of electronic communication services

A determination of July 21st 2005 approved the draft decision regarding the object and form of public disclosure of the conditions of offer and use of electronic communication services. 

Having in mind the relevance and impact of setting these rules, to market agents, users and subscribers of electronic communication services, the general procedure of consultation of article 8 of Law no. 5/2004, of February 10th, is respected and all interested parties may comment on the measures that ANACOM intends to adopt in this field, during a period of 40 working days.
