Compensations for failure to comply with the deadlines defined within the framework of Unbundled Access to the Local Loop

By determination of February 14, 2002, a decision was approved concerning compensations for failure to comply with the deadlines defined within the framework of Unbundled Access to the Local Loop (LLU), that implies the introduction of alterations in PT Comunicações, S.A.'s Reference Offer for Local Loop Unbundling (RUO). These alterations must be integrated into the RUO within a maximum period of 10 days.
