Fixed wireless Access (FWA) - Expressions of interest regarding the use of allocated frequencies

By determination of 14 December 2004, it was decided to consult the operators of the fixed wireless access (FWA) in order to obtain expressions of interest as regards the allocated frequencies. The consultation, which involves the provision of information under article 108 of the Electronic Communications Law (Law no.  5/2004, of 10 February) shall take place for a one-month period, starting from the notification of each operator.
