Final report on the general consultation procedure within the scope of the FWA

By determination of 24 June 2004, the final report on ANACOM’s action framework proposal for FWA was approved, subject to the general consultation procedure foreseen in article 8 of Law no. 5/5004, of 10 February, which ended on 1 June 2004. It was also decided to send to the Government the respective regulatory project.
