At a meeting held on Thursday, 23 November, ANACOM's Board of Directors gave approval to the opinion on the draft decision issued by the Portuguese Competition Authority, Autoridade da Concorrência (AdC), following a reworking of the set of commitments that Sonaecom has put forward with respect to the Sonaecom/PT concentration operation.
This opinion was sent to Autoridade da Concorrência on the same day.
