Alterations to introduce in the Reference Local Loop Unbundling Offer (RUO)

By determination of May 16, 2001, and under the terms and for the purposes of Article 100 and following articles of the Administrative Procedure Code, a draft decision has been approved concerning the alterations considered to be necessary to introduce in the Reference Local Loop Unbundling Offer (RUO) 2001, made public by PT - Comunicações, S.A..

The interested parties have a 10 day period in which they may make a written statement, having been duly notified for this purpose.
