By determination of 17 February 2006, ANACOM approved the consultation document regarding the rights of frequency use granted to SIC and TVI for the activity of television broadcasting.
The corresponding general consultation procedure will take place under the terms of no. 2 of article 20 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, for a 20 working days' period.
